- Work with local market teams to adapt campaign priorities, content, timing and offers to their customers and business needs.
- Recommend and implement audience targeting and segmentation to make campaigns more relevant and effective.
- Partner with creative, content and ecommerce teams on briefs, product selection, copy and assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement, turning the numbers into clear recommendations for future sends.
- Run tests across subject lines, content, audiences and send times, and share what works with the wider team.
- Support the improvement of automated email journeys alongside the broader CRM team.
- Support the Head of CRM in developing the new K-Way’s CRM ecosystem, helping improve customer journeys, audience segmentation and the tools and processes that connect our markets.
